You might be wondering how it works. Well it really is pretty simple and we have tried to make it as easy for everyone involved. What you need is a couple of people to volunteer to be photographers for the church. They need to get photographs of a wide range of church activities. They can be digital or prints. You also will need to determine if you want to assemble the calendar yourself or have us do that. If no one is available to do the design work we will create the layout for you. The cost is $150. Around September or October you need to start assembling your photos. We encourage you to try and capture the spirit and love that you experience in your church. Ask members to write one sentence about what the church means to them and include it in the calendar. You will receive one calendar back a week after you send it to us. You can use it to take orders. We would encourage you to do it as early as possible. You don't want to be selling calendars after everyone has already bought them for the year. All orders need to be turned in by December 1st for delivery by the end of December. We will honor all orders turned in after that date, but delivery will be early January. The earlier that you get them in the earlier you will receive them back. If you are doing a calendar that starts at a different time (school calendar for example), please allow one week for the physical proof. Artwork charges are $150 if you need us to lay out the photos for you. Several churches came up with the idea of selling ads in the calendar each month for $50 each which allowed them to increase the profits by $600.
